Vestel, which has made a name for itself not only in Turkey but also around the world, with its production approach and innovative and high quality products, is gaining strength with its new strategic move. White goods producer Vestel signed an agreement with the South Korean steelmaker.
License agreement signed
Turkey’s symbol and pride in the field of technology exports to the world Vestel signed a brand license agreement with Posco that covers the rights to develop, manufacture, sell, market and distribute television and white goods products under the Daewoo brand license. According to Vestel’s statement to the Public Disclosure Platform, the said license agreement will be valid for a total of 49 countries, including EU countries, Russia, Turkic Republic countries and Turkey.
Will be valid for 10 years
The said cooperation agreement will enter into force on 1 July 2021 and will be valid for 10 years.
